I have dealt with Ferrante for many years. Whenever I needed a frame or framing. A plaqing item etc. He was always very professional, gave great and advice and had the product ready when it was due to be picked up. Most recently we went in to get advice on a particular type of wire to hold up a very heavy mirror in our bathroom. He gave us great advice and then brought out the clips and heavy-duty wire. We came home and put them on and they were perfect. Better yet - he gave this to us for free. Great place to take all your framing needs and has very professional service. Charlotte King

We recently opened a business in Niagara-on-the-Lake and my husband received a signed Alek Manoah jersey as a gift for the opening. I brought the jersey to Joe, and he presented me with multiple options as to how we could hang the jersey, and patiently worked with me as I was balancing a 3-month-old and 2 2-year-old. The final product is astounding, and my husband is thrilled this will be going up in his clinic. Kevin Debren Above and Beyond: We found a little picture framing store in St Catherines called Ferrante Framing. We had walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain and wanted to have our verified certificates framed.We met the owner Joe Ferrante and he was most helpful in picking out our frames. I went back to pick up our framed certificates and brought them home. When I got home I did not think the frames on my certificates were the ones I originally picked so I went back to the store. The owner brought out the original paperwork and to my disappointment I was wrong they were in fact the right ones. I asked if there could have somehow been a mix-up in the paperwork even though my wife’s frames were the right ones and she was very happy with the workmanship. Well Joe, the owner who also does the framing, surprised me and said Kevin, I want to make sure you are happy, that's most important to myself and to my business. Even though the paperwork stated that they were the right frames I tell you what, He then went on to say pick any frame you wish and I will replace them free of charge. What can I tell you people like Joe are hard to come across unbelievable. He really wanted to make sure I was happy with the frames. To me, that's going way above and beyond my heart I can only say Thank You, Joe !! Kevin Debren
